WBZ TV-4 Boston’s Sunday morning news show takes a look at the unfolding crisis of clergy abuse cases in the Boston Archdiocese, and Cardinal Law’s attempts to address the problem and downplay his role in causing and covering it up.
Guests for the panel discussion (debate?) are SNAP’s Phil Saviano, (portrayed in the movie “Spotlight”) who had been leading victim support groups and collecting names of child-molesting priests for the previous 5 years. The apologist for the Church is C.J. Doyle, the Executive Director of the Catholic Action League.
